Our Ordering Systems
We have made ordering as simple as possible to assist you with
the process.
Online Orders
1. You can easily browse our online
store and select memorial items of your choice and add them
to your cart. Once you have finished shopping, go to the shopping
cart link and follow the instructions to process your order online.
2. Once your order has been placed and payment has been received,
we will send you out a pre-paid shipping container for you to
ship your ashes to us. Once we receive the ashes, we will start
the process of creating your custom memorial products. Once the
products are finished being created, we will ship your order to
you. Expect 4 -6 weeks for completion of our services.
3. If you want us to scatter the remaining cremains for you please
complete the Cremains Scattering Order Form included in your package.
If you want us to forward to another service for scattering, please
visit the services website, download their forms and print and
complete in addition to our form. Also make payment directly to
the other service.
Mail In Orders
1. Complete your order for the cremains memoriam by clicking
on Cremains
Memoriam Order Form and filling in your information
and the item number(s), the quantity of each item and the price
per item. The form will auto calculate the totals, shipping and
taxes. Hit the email button to send it to us automatically and
hit the print button so you will have a hard copy to send with
the cremains.
2. If you do not wish to have your cremains scattered, send
about one-half cup of cremains as well as any personal effects
you want incorporated in the memoriam along with completed order
form and payment. We will return any unused cremains with your
memoriam.
3. If you want us to scatter the remaining cremains for you
please click on Cremains
Scattering Order Form and complete the form. If you
want us to forward to another service for scattering, please visit
the services website, download their forms and print and complete
in addition to our form. Also make payment directly to the other
service.
4. Send all cremains and completed forms to us and we will process
your order immediately. You will need to send the cremains by
US Mail, Registered with a return receipt. Expect 4-6 weeks for
completion of our services.
